Mixoloshe Golden Ticket Campaign - Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
- Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of Mixoloshe LLC and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the campaign, as per paragraph 4 below.
2. Duration:
The Mixoloshe Golden Ticket Campaign ("Campaign") begins on October 10th, 2023, at 00:00 EST and ends on November 24th, 2023, at 24:00 EST.
3. Prizes:
100 limited edition Mixoloshe T-shirt autographed by Zayn. (further “the/a prize or “the prizes”)
4. Entry Methods:
- Ticket Holders: Find a Golden Ticket in select four-packs of Mixoloshe flavors "Lychee Martini by Zayn" and "Orange Old Fashioned." Each ticket guarantees upon registration a Mixoloshe branded T-shirt autographed by Zayn.
- AMOE (Alternative Method of Entry): Individuals can enter a draw to win the prize without making a purchase by sending an email to tastethelove@mixoloshe.com.
5. Winner Selection:
Non-ticket holders who have entered the campaign by submitting an email will enter a random selection for a chance to win a prize. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the contest's end date.
If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Rights Release:
By participating and submitting an entry, entrants grant Mixoloshe LLC, its agents, licensees, and assigns an irrevocable, perpetual (non-exclusive) right and permission to use their entry in any media throughout the world for any purpose, without additional review, compensation, or approval.
7. Terms of Participation:
Participants agree to the present Terms and Conditions, Mixoloshe website's terms of use and data protection guidelines by entering the Campaign.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
All issues and disputes regarding this campaign shall be governed by Florida law and adjudicated in Florida's courts.
